Joe Perfect is a Texas-based specialty coffee roaster with deep roots in the mountains of Central America. Our family owns and operates California Cafe, a high-altitude farm in El Salvador where generational farmers hand-craft every harvest with passion and precision.

By combining our own harvests with a curated network of boutique partner farms, we provide a truly unforgettable coffee experience. We manage the entire lifecycle of the bean to ensure peak quality: from hand-processing "Coffee Gold" (our premium green coffee) at the source to roasting at our farm in El Salvador or our upcoming facility in Texas.

The Reserve Blend: A Seasonal Exclusive

Our Reserve Blend is a strictly limited release, sourced exclusively from our family farm in the California mountains of El Salvador. To ensure the highest standards, we only accept pre-orders for up to 70% of our estimated annual yield. Once that limit is reached, the Reserve is closed for the season.
